I thank You, Father, for the health
I have from day to day;
Truly, it is a thing of wealth
Upon this earthly, way.

I thank You for the strength to work
There is so much to do;
Help me that I may never shirk-
To every task be true.

I am so glad that I may help
Some brother, bear his load,
Someone perhaps who needs a hand
Along a rocky road.
I know that if I do my part
As Christ did long ago,
That joy will spring up in my heart
And Heaven's blessings flow
