Sunday School Sugar Cookies

1 Cup powdered sugar,
1 Cup softened butter (margarine),
1 tsp. almond extract,
1 tsp. Vanilla,
1 egg,
2 Cup flour,
1 tsp. baking soda,
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Cream together butter and powdered sugar.
Add vanilla, almond extract and egg.
Beat until smooth.
Add flour, baking soda and cream of tartar. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Roll in flour or powdered sugar.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375 for 7-8 minutes (Baking time may vary-may need to increase time.
I usually have to bake for at least 10-12 minutes.)
