Ingredients
1 ½ Cup powdered sugar,
1
Cup softened butter (margarine),
1 tsp. almond extract,
1
tsp. Vanilla,
1 egg,
2 ½ Cup flour,
1 tsp. baking soda,
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions
Cream together butter and
powdered sugar.
Add vanilla, almond extract and egg.
Beat
until smooth.
Add flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Roll in flour or powdered
sugar.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375 for 7-8 minutes
(Baking time may vary-may need to increase time.
I usually have
to bake for at least 10-12
minutes.)
